Lisa & Robert | Creeksea Place Wedding

This was one of those weddings. One where everything is just overwhelming incredible. The venue, Creeksea Place a blank (but very pretty) canvas for Lisa & Robert to create their own look and feel for the day, the weather - warm and dry, the cottages where the bride and bridesmaids got ready - great light, interesting features - you know, a huge chandelier just demanding that a wedding gown be hung from it - (thank you to Richard from White Dress Films who got it up there!), a Cadillac for the bride & grooms separate arrival, motorbikes for the boys to play on before the ceremony, pin curls for the girls (whipped up by Kasia Fortuna) and make up by Paul Merchant, actually a huge task as Lisa is an incredible make up artist herself.

I started the day visiting the marquee which when I stepped inside, just smelt wonderful - the fabulous Stephen & James from Scent had worked their magic through the night by iphone light creating just the most beautiful space for the couple to come to later in the day. Everything was photo worthy I could have spent the whole morning there. The cottages where the girls were getting ready was just a few minutes walk away and the day just flowed from there, the girls transformed, the boys waited in the outdoor ceremony space before Lisa was lead down the aisle by the eldest of their two beautiful boys, Louis and Harry held mummy's hand. Lisa and Robert just love laughing, they spent most of our pre-shoot giggling and are so in tune with each other this day just really represented the two of them as a couple, the things they love, the things that make them happy and then them as a family, the love for their boys and the friends and family chosen to spend the day with them. It was a long day but it went by in happy blur of love. I honestly loved being part of this day and capturing every moment and every detail. I hope you like the images...
